Way back in 2004 we started this Project with Sixtrack

Many people joined here BUT only a few have been here most of the time for all 20 years.
And they did quite a lot of work here too.

We started testing VB Theory tasks in 2011 and after several years it was moved over here.
Many more started joining since we had more to do and several different applications and many different Event Generators (that many members don't really watch until they start to fail)

So here are the 20 year members who have been here most of the time all those years

YETI - https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=555
(who I worked with at the former ATLAS-Test getting that to then run at LHC-dev and then here)

Perle - https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=5729

Magic Quantum Mechanic - https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=5472
( I have been here every day since the beginning)

Harri Liljeroos - https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=2739

Vaga - https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=5943

rbpeake - https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_user.php?userid=1080

ALL of them in the Top 80 total credit stats list

I did look through and I see a few others from 2004 just made a return this month but hadn't been here for a while

So now we are here starting Year 21

Thanks to all of you for being here all these years

Yes, it’s been a hell of a ride! Bravo to all our veterans (as well as to all the project’s “youngsters” of course…).

Here is the first device that I attached to LHC@home. https://web.archive.org/web/20041106065007/http://lhcathome.cern.ch/show_host_detail.php?hostid=2637
Likely a Toshiba Laptop on dial-up internet access. Windows 98 Second Edition with GenuineIntel Pentium CPU and 128 MB memory. Amazing.

And my first 2- core only had 0.99 GB Ram and the dialup isp
