I have received no new tasks since Feb 24. Are there no tasks available? |

Looks like Atlas, Theory and CMS are possible. https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/server_status.php Maybe you have too many projects going concurrently? Posted on Rosetta https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=15229#108965 One of your log entries "3/2/2024 6:46:56 AM | LHC@home | Not requesting tasks: don't need (CPU: job cache full; NVIDIA GPU: ; Intel GPU: )" |

First, I do not recognize that log entry. Second, yes, I have been trying to run Rosetta, an old favorite, but have been having trouble. I may have a lot of projects, but most are running well. I would love to be doing work for the LHC which I follow for my blog. |

Please post your last Boincmanager message from LHCatHome, seem there is a venue problem for select projects of LHCathome or an other problem with the project. |

Bring up the Log in Boinc Manager (CTRL + SHIFT + E). Click on a project then hit 'L' to quickly go down to LHC entry. Select 'Show only this project'. That will filter the list of all your different project entries so you can concentrate on only the LHC entries. Once you are done looking at the server responses, you can click 'Show all messages' to return to the default view of all your projects. I think you are just running way too many projects for the amount of resources you have available. Your job cache is full so no additional jobs are given. Another issue with LHC jobs is they use VirtualBox, except for Six Track applications. The VB jobs within Boinc don't play as nice as the older, conventional jobs. They have different job priority, normal instead of low. VB jobs also use resources spinning up and down the VMs. This can cause problems with systems using conventional hard drives or even SSDs when too many jobs start and end at once. |
