Some ATLAS-Tasks have a very slow Downloadspeed.
The most of them have thousands of bits per second.
Don't know why.
Is this, because the limit of ISP-Download have reached and
some ATLAS-Tasks take the rest of the Download-Speed?
for example with 500 MByte file and a speed of 20-50 kBit per second it takes hours!

Today Atlas is back and downloads sometime between 20 and 50 kBit/s.
ISP have seen, it is on your Network-Server.

Now seems a limit of 1 MBit/s per Transfer in use.
When ending Atlas-Tasks faster, as new Tasks are downloaded?

Ok, when such a speed seen, disconnecting networkcard, waiting a minute and reconnect it.
Otherwhise 5 hours waiting for success of download from this Atlas-Task.
Have VDSL Hybrid since three months. ISP say no problem, but.....

upload is always ok. Atlas-Tasks downloading three files.
Don't know where it come from, the most download-files have a beginning speed from 20-50 kb/s.
After disconnecting networkcard and activate again, there are mostly 9.000 kBit/s.
Atm stopping this two Threadripper.
They need hours, because of Krembil and Einstein.
Have no explanation, what reason is it.
Edit: Have changed the router, went back from VDSL Hybrid to normal VDSL.
ISP say, oh such a clean Line :-))

No fun, four days watching networking. Mostly 30-50 kBit/s for download. Upload is ok.

I just checked and I don't see any problem for downloading in the past few days. Consistently same 100-150Mbps just like before.

Thanks, it's a good speed for you.
Searching for the reason since a week. Have no idea.
Changed for four days from VDSL to VDSL-Hybrid inclusive a Router change. No success.
Will proof it again the next days.
When seeing this low speed, making a disconnect of the networkcard and activate again.
Upload is ok 4000-6000 kBit/s.
