Hello,

Just wanted to drop a note that new users are generally unable to sign up due to a lack of Terms of Service on the sign-up page. I managed to get by this by adding this snippet to the sign up form:

<input tabindex="0" type="checkbox" name="agree_to_terms_of_use">

Additionally, after signing up, I got these errors:

Possibly related to the recent BOINC server upgrade?
