I have failed editing systemd configuration and now server gives me only 1 theory task per day.
How can i reset task quota?

By returning valid Theory results. You have returned too many invalid tasks. The quota will also increase once a day, normally during night.
Since you don't have a Theory in your queue, you have to wait and crunch ATLAS. There your quota is still high enough.
