CMS WUs aren't fully utilizing all my memory (I often still have a good few GB available), despite me setting my Boinc Manager to utilizing 90% of the RAM; it's still using far below, and causing other projects to stall with 'waiting for memory' errors.

Second, this CMS WUs, are using only 50% of my CPU threads (both on my Intel Celeron and Pentium D, and on my AMD Ryzen it uses less than 33% of CPU).

I could just unsubscribe from LHC, but I wanted to know if there's a way I could change app_config.xml to maximize the RAM utilized by this project?
