I am running Boinc 4.09 on a Win98SE system with Seti and LHC attached. When Boinc first starts up it runs correctly but the minute it suspends one project and starts up the other project it stops working correctly. It never really shuts down the suspended project. So even though it has started processesing a WU from the 2nd project it continues processesing the WU from the first project and it ends up processesing 2 WUs even though there is only one CPU. If this has been answered before I apologize. I couldnt find any mention of it.

Didn't you post this same question at the SETI site?

Known issue on 98 and ME. I suspect it will likely have been fixed in the next version of the core client to release, which looks to be 4.11.
