all VM tasks on all of my machines failed because of the "missing heartbeat" error last night at 2 a.m. or shortly thereafter.
Some of the tasks had been running for about 20 hours, so quite a waste of CPU time.

I don't remember this problem in the past - so why did it occur this time?

Same happened to me also. Lost two Theory tasks because of this.
