What is this iPhone skin that is preventing me from having a nice, 1440x900 pix on my desktop version of Safari?

I'm having a page that is looking like an apple store template which lets me choose different resolutions, for this page, but not the one I've been using the last months. https://www.dropbox.com/s/pdpj4qr1mte0kpm/Screenshot%202019-06-17%2019.08.03.png I got this after refreshing a page I had loaded in Safari for some time (days) now.
