Should look similar to the following,
<app>
<name>TheoryN</name>
<max_concurrent>4</max_concurrent>
</app>
<app_version>
<app_name>TheoryN</app_name>
<plan_class>native_theory</plan_class>
<avg_ncpus>1</avg_ncpus>
<cmdline>--nthreads 1 </cmdline>
<!-- RAM formula: RAM = ? -->
<cmdline>--memory_size_mb 400 </cmdline>
</app_version>

I think that the cmdline parameters aren't useful for the native application.
It was for setting up a Virtual Machine with the right number of cores and the right amount of memory.

For the RAM used: Without a running task I had 730 MB used and with 4 jobs running ~951 MB is used when 4 plotter.exe's are jumping in at the same time.
It is just for the 2 pythia6 and 2 pythia8 currently running. Now a Herwig has started in the mix and that application is using a bit more.
The rsc_memory_bound is 668MB.

Edit: 2 herwig's, 1 pythia8 and 1 pythia6 now consuming 340MB more than an idle system.
