Hello experts,

i had to reinstall my native_mt cruncher today.
I installèd cvmfs and singularity (version 3.1.0-rc2.25.g7f53689a).

Since then i have the error mentioned in the title.
See this task for example:

What did i do wrong or forgot?

Looks like python or the wrong version isn't installed?

Checked my installation process and python-dev was somehow missing.
