Today I migrated from Boinc to World Community Grid and LHC even though Virtual Box installed does not work.

Not sure what you mean by "migrated from Boinc".
World Community Grid and LHC are 2 seperate, unrelated, independent projects.

Is it possible World Community Grid asked him to install a custom version of BOINC that isn't compatible with LHC's VBox wrapper?
