Lost project

The overheating ultimately caused an emergency shutdown. That problem has now been solved but since then not only have the two datasets I was crunching vanished, LHC no longer appears in my list of projects. I'm not sure if this website also lost my login details or I just misremembered my password, but I had to reset my password to get back in. What should I do to get work flowing again?
