All my other projects are fine. I did a repair install of BOINC but it still happens. Is it me or the server? |

I removed boinc and re-installed. It still happens. AND It's spreading. Einstein now has it too. |

I'm not getting that error on any of my 3 hosts and nobody else is reporting it so it would seem the problem is on your end. You have 2 hosts. From here it appears your Win 10 host is working fine as it's receiving and returning tasks and getting credits. But we cannot see its log files so I ask, does that machine get the "http internal server error" too? I am betting it does not. Your XP host is a different matter. Looking at its tasks history going back to 29 Aug 2017, we see only 1 validated task out of 20. There are several "error while computing" and, most recently, 7 tasks that are past deadline (the red ones) and showing "In progress" in other words not reported. I assume those 7 were completed but not reported due to the "http internal server error". Your XP machine appears to have some problems. Is it overheating? It's a Pentium 4 and they are known to produce a lot of heat. Have you blown the dust out of the cooling fins recently? Maybe the RAM is failing? Have you run any RAM or CPU diagnostics recently? Is it overclocked? |
