Hi,

I want to change my e-mail address, but it is not possible.

From Account page i followed link to change email address (https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/edit_email_form.php).
After typing new address and valid password into form and sendind it I am directed to https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome//edit_email_action.php> with info:

Not Found
The requested URL /lhcathome//edit_email_action.php> was not found on this server.

Can someone from LHC@Home help me with this?

Well since your computers are *hidden* I can't really look at anything or see if you have been running any tasks here since the change of the project URL

So if you have not then take a look at your Boinc Manager go to Tools/Add Project/ and you will see that the LHC URL is https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome so just go through the steps there to make sure you are using the current URL here.

And then go to your account and Change email address

And that should take you to
https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/edit_email_form.php

Then type in the new email address and password and it should work after you click on *Change Email Address*

I, too, thought this might be the problem but on trying to temporarily change my own email as a test, I encounter the same situation as described by John.

Same issue for me : when I click on "Change email address", I'm redirected to "https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome//edit_email_action.php>" or "https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome//edit_email_action.php%3E" and the message :

Not Found
The requested URL /lhcathome//edit_email_action.php> was not found on this server.

...is displayed.

Try with Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer on GNU/Linux or MS Windows.

Updating issue : now, when I want to change my email address, I get "Invalid password" ... but I'm sure to enter my password correctly !!!
