since yesterday, when clicking to

https://lhcathomedev.cern.ch/lhcathome-dev/cms_job.php

there comes: "You don't have permission to access /lhcathome-dev/cms_job.php on this server."
BTW, same is true for the LHCb dashboard.

Waht happened?

EDIT: now it works again
