Ivan, I wish you (and us) good luck for the meeting !!!

It was quite positive, but there are a lot of follow-up actions...

Good, that means Laurence's "stop creating tasks if there are no jobs" script is working. I did submit a very small batch last night to check a few things before I embark on my actions from yesterday's meeting, I guess that's exhausted by now. Be assured that I'll let you know when we are back in apple-pie order again, but I'm (somewhat half-heartedly) considering today as one of the two (i.e. four...) days per week that I'm not paid to work. :-/

Yes. I'm only submitting very small batches of jobs, intermittently, while we troubleshoot several problems at CERN. I can only ask that you keep your fingers crossed and have patience.

Ivan, the problems at CERN are still going on?

YES Erich we are still having problems with the CMS tasks right now so if you want to you can just run one of the other versions here.

They are doing the same thing over at the test site.

Yes, unfortunately. There is work going on but it's one step at a time. Having people on three different timezones and MayDay holidays on
different weekends didn't help...

Jobs seem to be running again but with plenty of errors according to the graphics.

I have 42 CMS that I haven't started here yet but I have a few over at -dev and they are still doing the same [Error] Condor exited after 885s without running a job.

I expect the same thing here but will go start a couple and if they do this here they are all getting aborted.

I was happy to see "unsent" tasks in the Project Status Page and downloaded a few ones.
However, they failed after 12 minutes:

Exit status 207 (0x000000CF) EXIT_NO_SUB_TASKS

too bad that CMS still does not work, after rather lengthy time now. What exactly is the problem?
