Well, the stderr.txt said that 'runc' was missing, so I installed it, even though I don't ever remember having to install it before.
Now that I have installed 'runc', it is found but it still doesn't work.
The only thing I can think of is a permissions problem. Does the runc executable need to be a member of the 'boinc' group, or something like that.
I don't understand why it suddenly stopped working after working correctly for a long time.

I've fixed it, and got native Theory working again.
I first thought that Aptainer might be corrupted, so I re-installed it.
Next I re-installed and re-initalised CVMFS.
$ sudo cvmfs_config setup
$ sudo systemctl restart autofs
$ cvmfs_config probe

I never found out why it wasn't working. I guess that's one of the hazards of using a complicated OS like Arch Linux.
