I just noticed that the LHCb app detects my Boinc version incorrectly on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. It says version 7.7 detected but my actual version is 7.6.33.

Are you reading 'vboxwrapper' instead of VirtualBox version? Mine shows correctly on this.
EDIT, paste in the data as I couldn't find an LHCb app under your computers. Pasted below is an ATLAS app.

I think that this stderr_txt file has not been deleted after each wu processed.

I notice that the performance of my host is rather variable , from 4.53 to 7.89 ,with the dynamic benchmark , but i didn't change anything in my configuration.
Is it normal ?

BTW:The last task was a sherpa job with a endless looping (more than 12 hours)-(updating display...).

It's a misunderstanding of the coder. While the message talks about client it's actually BOINC API version that is used in vboxwrapper. It's already fixed but the code has not made it to the vboxwrapper used here.

BOINC 7.8.2 has a bug in cleaning slot directories. Upgrade to 7.8.3. Technically 7.8.3 is still in testing but I think it will be promoted to recommended status soon.
