You don't have to remove and reinstall BOINC, but remove the project LHC@home (maybe called LHCathome or LHC@Home 1.0) with BOINC Manager
and reattach your machine to the project using the url https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/

Strange! The difficult and ugly way would be editing the client_state.xml, removing some account-files etc.
The easy way is to deïnstall BOINC and also delete BOINC's data directory.
Thereafter reinstall BOINC and attach to the right LHC-url and also to the 2 other projects (Einstein and Seti) where you've crunched for.
