accept work from other applications doesn't work

As the scheduler is still not handing out any Atlas-Tasks I decided to allow the scheduler to send me tasks from any application by activating the setup for this in Project-Preferenzes. You can see, that the scheduler checks the preferred Apps, but doesn't come to the fallback "other tasks". We have seen this here too in the past and brought it up with the BOINC community. Apparantly this feature works only if there are no tasks left in the queue on the server, which is not the case currently. (There are a bunch of waiting ATLAS tasks that wait for a scheduler slot. They should be coming now.) |

I just received one Atlas task about 15 minutes ago.
