Can someone give the server a kick that updates the user statistics? My account is nowhere to be seen. Thanks |

My account is nowhere to be seen... I see you as User ID 206546 and ranking at #455 by total credit. |

Can't see anything under Top Participant. If you search through the Top Participants listed by Total Credit you will see yourself ranked (as of right now) at #455 (follow the link). |

I cannot not see my account listed under "Recent Average Credit" for "Top Participant." The ranking listing pages have a sort of "lazy update" system. If you move from one page to another and the page you are moving from updates but the one you are moving to does not, then you get lost in a limbo until it does. ![]() |

Tja. As i understand it, it used to be that pages were updated from the database whenever they were accessed. However, for large projects (I forget how long ago this was, maybe ten years now?, but the main driver was SETI@Home) the load on the database server from the continual queries was driving down other essential database functions. So this delayed update was implemented; I'm not certain exactly how it's implemented, but I've surely been caught in limbo by it at SETI@Home several times. ![]() |
