I've connected to lhc@home a new dell workstation, this one, got a LHCb task. Then "Suspended, Req by project", wth :) Its probably the most fitted machine I have for this project with a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, Boinc 7.6.31, Virtualbox 5.1 with additions; xeon 2670 8c/16t, 32gb ram! ????? never had a machine suspended by a boinc project ever :) what is going on?

Select only Theory and if you want maybe SixTrack in the project preferences to start with and abort the LHCb-task. |

Is this a quality insurance feature or just a temporary state of things? LHCb is running as a test application and sometimes errors out for several reasons, mostly out of jobs for the VM. Theory is the most stable VM-application, so the best to try solving possible problems. |
