I've connected to lhc@home a new dell workstation, this one, got a LHCb task.

Then "Suspended, Req by project", wth :)

Its probably the most fitted machine I have for this project with a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, Boinc 7.6.31, Virtualbox 5.1 with additions; xeon 2670 8c/16t, 32gb ram!

????? never had a machine suspended by a boinc project ever :) what is going on?

Edit: I have to add that this machine is happily crunching on VirtualLHC.

Select only Theory and if you want maybe SixTrack in the project preferences to start with and abort the LHCb-task.

Is this a quality insurance feature or just a temporary state of things?

LHCb is running as a test application and sometimes errors out for several reasons, mostly out of jobs for the VM.
Theory is the most stable VM-application, so the best to try solving possible problems.
