for weeks there have been 260-300 tasks in progress,obviously some ppl just stopped processing tasks they were assigned..who ever run this..give them all to me :)

I suspect it involves tasks such as from one of my computers: 9975879
If there is a little bit time at the LHC, those old tasks could be cleared from the database. :-)

I'll try and clean up. Incidentally I just found out that although everything was
superficially working, all project status green, no work was being taken; and I
thought the physicists were all on holiday or busy with the LHC startup!
Anyway all appears OK now and I'll try the cleanup; I was unable to login
to the server before. Eric.

Well deleting WUs didn't work, the DBpurge is not working so I tried
deleting using old resultids. We shall see. Eric.
