I am starting to see a fairly large number of Error while Computing task failures. HERE is one. The failure kicks off the Windows debugging process as you can see in the linked results. Note: To maximize the number of LHC Tasks processed I suspend other projects I am running with the exception of VirtualLHC@Home. Tom |

Seems like anything starting with w-b3_****** prefix errors out. w5**** and sd_HL_**** run and complete with no problem. Might just be a bad match of work units.

Yes I have many errors too, so my wing(wo)men. Seems to be a bad batch. Shame is that they finish first and then error out. So a waste of energy. Greetings from, TJ |

I am starting to see a fairly large number of Error while Computing task failures. So am I. Now nearly 45% of all tasks. This is a massive waste of computing resources. Time for No New Tasks... |

Hello , I already posted as a response to a specific discussion on the news thread, but I know this is a more appropriate venue. I am not OCed and have had no problems like this on other projects or on LHC until the very recent past. It is not productive to run all these errors and I will take a hiatus, I will check back in the future. Good luck in sorting this out. |

Errors here also on most WU today. Interesting side symptom..the LHC WU were kicking the BOINC on and off with what appeared to be CPU in use by other processes cutoffs. Had to readjust my settings to keep it running without shutting down for 30 seconds every...15 seconds..  |

I am deleting all the w-b3 download files that remain. may crash the server................but better than wasting any more CPU. Eric. |
