Hi everyone,

Have made regular trials to modify my profile, since about a month, everytime ends with blank page and no update done.

Seems I'm not alone having that problem; I do post because I've been asked by member of team.

Yes, there is no one avaialble to make changes at the moment. Limited staff (?)

Apparently it works if you don't include a picture in your profile. Don't know for sure, I've never tried it, just repeating what others say worked for them.

I know it works without picture...
