I've tried many times to create my profile but when I send the informations, a white page appears and no profile is created.

Please look at this thread in the Number Crunching section of the main message board.

It's best to post in the Number Crunching area. Not many people post here in the Questions and Answers area so this area tends to be ignored. Messages in Number Crunching usually get responses sooner. Also, if you have a problem, there is often a thread started about that problem already in Number Crunching.
