Just reporting some good news :-)

one of my three computers just successfully completed two task from SIXTRACK - aka - LHC@Home 1.0

My first unit on my Linux box completed and validated against a Windows 7.

So far so good (well compared to the old version)

42 pending tasks and not too many that are close to zero as before but they are all small compared to other projects (8.38 down to as low as .02)

And along with the 42 pending I have 7 "valid"

On quad-core Win7's and 3-core XP Pro's

And I had no problem getting more new tasks so far.

For now it looks like it is working good, even 3-4 times invalid WUs (from yesterday) are now valid and give points :)

I finished 104 tasks here but of course the last batch had to wait to be returned when the server was being updated.

But they were sent back today and now I'm just waiting for more and I only have 17 of the 104 still pending.

I wouldn't mind a "server staus" link on the home page

yeah! I finally got some WUs yesterday after detaching & reattaching to the project. All WUs completed without issues and I got my credit, though it was small as the WUs were small too
