Hi All, I\'m anxious to do some work for the LHC project. But Boinc never downloads any tasks from the LHC server. When I check the status page (http://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/server_status.php), I see that you\'re not assigning work because your debugging. I can code C & C++ ... do you want any help trying to get the system up & running? Brian |

Hi Brian Same for me. As far as I am informed the LHC@Home was mostly used for beam simulations before the LHC was actually operational. Since there is a \"working\" LHC now, these simulations became uneccessary. It might be however that there will be some work in the future, if they are in need for some simulations again. Howevert it would be really nice to hear from some of the admins, what plans there are for the future. Greetings |
