It seems that you missed out on the previous release of work units. There were plenty of those for a short time. Maybe you should check your settings?

Now the feeder is dry again, so right now you need patience again.

Steven, try to stop receiving WUs from another projects. Sometimes push the UPDATE button (for LHC@home only) and check your settings. AND DO NOT USE the \"Show graphics\" button and the BOINC\'s screen saver!
You missed out on the previous release of WUs:

But be patient!
Good luck!

Well I received a work unit, made sure that my screen BOINC saver didn\\\\\\\'t turn on the graphics, and let it do it\\\\\\\'s thing: ofcourse it\\\\\\\'s thing was pretty large and in the mean time I turned my PC off, just to find that when I turned it back on, the part of the work LHC unit that had been done was lost, gone, never to return. Now when I try to download a new work unit, it\\\\\\\'s dry.
You know, I really really want to help with the mountains of LHC calculations, just maybe give me a fighting chance?

I never recall the LHC screensaver program in the past having these glitches.

Steven, I suggest you take a look at this thread.

I keep LCH@Home as an active project but I also crunch SETI@Home and Einstein@Home.

I do SETI@Home and MilkyWay@home too as well as LHCathome.
I crunched an Lhcathome unit earlier today which seemed to go without a hitch: ok, I know that we are only crunching SixTrack data but for all that I\\\'m happy to help in whatever small way I can.

I was about to start a thread on this topic. I\\\'m glad I did a bit of browsing here before I did. I had a catastrophic failure of my PC\\\'s power supply which also destroyed my C/ drive several months ago. I only today got around to re-downloading the newest version of the BOINC platform and saw that there was no work available. At first I was thinking it was operator error or a fault with my newly-rebuilt computer. I\\\'m gratified to see that it is \\\"only\\\" no current work units available.

just got a WU

So did I. I discovered I was crunching one when I got up this morning. Work was completed about 9am CDT and returned.... no new units have been received so far, but that\'s cool. I\'ll help whenever I can.

I just checked four machines I have on this project. All got WU\'s in the last two months and completed them successfully.
