The Large Hadron Collider will come back online in late summer 2009 at the earliest, and not in June as previously expected.

Thanks for the heads-up. Doesn\'t look good for the finite life of the collider. It will be a whole year behind.

When you\'re out on the \"bleeding edge\" there are usually some puddles of blood that end up laying around. Remember, everyone thought the Hubble was gong to be a write-off but it\'s still working and making new discoveries well beyond it\'s projected life.
