Is there any possibility for the Boinc/LHC@home community to write CUDA for number crunching support for LHC and/or other projects? It just seems like a treasure trove of threaded processing power waiting under the hood of some gaming boxes. -Stu |

It just seems like a treasure trove of threaded processing power waiting under the hood of some gaming boxes. If you go to the SETI forums (or fora) you\'ll find a lot of messages, often contrasting, on this subject. It seems that CUDA is not yet ready for BOINC projects. Tullio |
