Nature Magazine writes that a faulty weld between two conductors
provoked a short which caused a small explosion sending a piece of metal to perforate a tube carrying liquid helium.

This well could explain the recent UFO reports in Switzerland describing a craft 27 km in diameter floating at an altitude of around 6 km, and spitting out the occasional tiny black hole.

Uunfortunately it means I\'m going to have to cme up with another excuse when the boss asks for \"that thing I asked for\" other than \"A mini-black hole ate it!\"
