Is giving me the same issue :

same problem, nobody have a solution yet? they wouldnt have stopped just because of the first beam being fired would they?

I ALSO am getting server error = can\'t attach
to shared memory on sixtrack 4.67 app

Ditto. I am getting the same error. Maybe they will fix it soon. I can use BOINC to work on other projects. I just went to add LHC@home today as it is a special day. They may not have any work to do.

Getting same problem ie shared memory.
Anything we can do?

Snap - same error message - so annoying.

Oh well I will leave my machine crunching Seti a while longer then.

Ditto..although I didn't expect any work just yet. But we could do with it working before they start needing us.

Clearly, the answer is that a black hole was in fact created and the accelerator and the Cern servers have vanished. Presumably, Cern investigators are looking into it. ;)
