hi there i have a question for you folks, i have been a member for about 2 weeks now, and have got workunits one time. now my computer is not running all the time, so is there a certian time of the day when i should have it on to get the units.

Pure luck. This project does not have a consistent supply of work. You should have at least one other project attached so your computer can keep busy when there is no work at this project.

I do, i am doing seti, and seti beta, when they fire up the LHC next month the units will start pouring in wont they. I think this is an improtant project, and very interested in it.

Probably not. In it's current form this project is about designing and building the collider. So once it is active there will be less work for us. The data collected is likely to have too high a data to computation ratio to be send out using a DC project.
