Work Unit id 2138565 was granted 91.77 credits. Back on 8th Feb 2008 my machine finished crunching it (requesting 38.73 credits). The other 4 machines were granted 91.77 credits. Mine is left "Pending". Why would that happen? http://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/workunit.php?wuid=2138565 |

bump! I don't think there is anything you can do about it. Hopefully the back-end update will include a validator/assimilator that will spot the old tasks and move them to the next step. I don't know if the newer versions can find the old orphans, however they do create fewer so there is hope. BOINC WIKI BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |

Well, it's been a couple of years and it is still pending. It was reported within the deadline, it was successful, and one of the others that was granted credit submitted their response a day after my computer did. Link |

I\'m not sure anything can be done about old tasks with the project in its current state. I have hundreds of tasks dating back to July 2005 spread across 6 computers that for one reason or another are stuck in a completed or pending state. As we have been told, updating the server-side code and cleaning out the database are on the \"To Do\" list, but they\'re not very high priority at the moment. -- Tony D. |
