Is there anyway to remove all the pending units that on my computer. There are several that are a few second long and I think in another post I saw where this would not be verified.

No :(

Until the admins upgrade the server software and/or manually delete all these records we are stuck with them. Look around these message boards - there are several threads about this topic.

Any chance you could just do a manual clearing of the ancient results? I'm guessing the data is long gone... not sure if it would be as simple as a "delete from result where create_time < 1136091600" (January 1, 2006) but if it is, we could all finally get started on cleaning up our host lists! :D

I'll ask the other muppet in charge, he's off working on T2K at the mo.

Neasan, any news yet?

I too have been waiting to delete dozens of ancient hosts for three years now. I sense an apathy on the part of the administrators in regard to this issue. But seriously, how hard is it to run an SQL command?!

Obviously you have not run many SQL commands ...

Running a command is easy. Making sure it is doing the right thing is hard. Running commands willy-nilly on a production database can farble it up so bad so fast that it is not even funny.

And Yes, I have hundreds if not thousands of tasks that clutter my account too ...
