Couple of days ago I tried to contact the admin of this project (you can see it in these posts: http://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=2633, http://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/forum_thread.php?id=2504&nowrap=true#18632), because of a problem with the team´s founder. Due to I can´t find any other way to do it and I haven´t received any answer in all this time (since I posted), does anybody know how or where I can contact the admin or responsable of this project to find a solution to this problem? |

I have made your URL's clickable using [ url ] [ /url ] tags. Neasan was fairly active here until recently. I don't know why he has stopped posting, but some of the "trolls" may have had something to do with it. After much searching, I found this page http://www.ph.qmul.ac.uk/person.php?initials=N&surname=O%Neill which I think may be helpful. [EDIT] I also found these links which may be helpful too. http://hepwww.ph.qmul.ac.uk/GridPP.html http://www.ph.qmul.ac.uk/person.php?initials=R.A&surname=Owen http://www.ph.qmul.ac.uk/person.php?initials=A.J&surname=Martin |

Trolls or not. Communication is very important in distributed computing projects which rely on the goodwill of the users. It can't be too difficult to drop in a message from time to time about the things going on behind the scenes and about the forcasted work. The LHC project leaders promised us a steady stream of work but until now we haven't even got any considerable amount of work at all. The problem is not that there are no work units, the problem is that it is not communicated why and whether or not there will be coming more work in the future.
