How much data will be generated each year when LHC becomes operational in 2008? I seem to recall reading about this somewhere but can not find it. All I know is that the volume of data to be generated will be very large!

I know that the current LHC@Home project is aimed at adjusting the magnets for proper operation. Anyone know if there are plans to utilize BOINC to dig into those petabytes of data CERN will be generating once operational? A brief, cursory look on the forums didn't find me an answer. :)
