I have Two [ 2 ] lhcathome listed under Projects. The "Detach" Button will NOT Highlight, so I can't Detach either one of the Two, or Both, and then re-add the Correct URL....... I have recently tried adding the Correct URL and it indicates that the "Project" has been "Successfully Added"..... It does NOT add a third lhcathome Project.... This is present on my original Windows 98SE PC, My Windows 2000 PC, and just one of my WindowsXP PC's..... The Second WindowsXP, ( my Fasted and Newest ), only lists lhcathome ONCE, and does NOT indicate that I am using the wrong URL.... However, if I wanted to "Detach"; the "Detach" Button STILL can NOT be highlighted..... The "Detach" Button on None of My PC's, regardless of OS, can NOT be highlighted and used... I believe that this Problem originated shortly after signing up with the "BOINC" Projects in Early December 2005.... It is possible that I had the Wrong URL originally, or I have TWO [ 2 ) "ID" Numbers, but at this point I can only find one under my "Account Preferences, and everything seems to be set Normally... I seem to get "WU's" from BOTH Project "ID's" from time to time, and DON'T want to loose My Total Credit from Both, if Dual "ID's" is the Problem... I am, and have been using "GridRepublic" as my Manager from almost the Very beginning. I can't seem to sign on to my "GridRepublic" Manager Directly, like I could in the very beginning almost two years ago, ( when I only had about 9 or 10 Projects }, yet I know it is working.... I am running about Fifty, [ 50 ], Projects, and would like to correct this Problem before adding more Computers..... Can anyone help with these problems. THANKS MUCH ! Jesse Charles Wagner II [USA] |

If you use GridRepublic, you have to detach your projects from GridRepublic, not from the Detach button on the manager. |

If you use GridRepublic, you have to detach your projects from GridRepublic, not from the Detach button on the manager. WHERE on GridRepublic do I detach from your Project? Whenever I try to "Won't Get New Tasks" --- I get new tasks. I rather detach from the project if I'm not allowed to manage it! jphelan |
