Server Status
Up, Out of work
No work in progress

Does the project finished?

Have you bothered to look at other forum threads, like This project rarely has work? (that's a sticky post btw, so it's always on top).

It does.
That box contains all the info you need: Status of the project was Up (the server/service is running), Out of work (no work at the time) and No work in progress (no work was being processed by the volunteers).
