i just tried to attach lhc...

Unlucky timing, I'm afraid.

The database has been up and down a lot for the last few days, and this has sometimes also affected some web pages. At the time you tried to attach, obviously the web server was up, but said something to your client like "Error 1040Too many connections" which was not what your client was looking for.

I suggest you try again when the system is not so busy (like in a day or so)

Sorry, that doesn't really help, but I hope it does reassure.
