I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN'T KEEP YOU'ER SUPPORTERS A LITTLE MORE INFORMED ABOUT THE PROJECT.
SUCH AS WHEN NEW WORK UNITS WILL COME OUT. AND, IN GENERAL WHAT'S GOING ON. MAYBE I'M WRONG BUT, I THINK IT'S ONLY RIGHT.EVERYTHING I HEAR ABOUT L.H.C. IS SECOND HAND, I WANT TO HEAR SOMETHING FROM L.H.C.!
A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory

This is a volunteer project.

If it makes you so angry to yell randomly on the internet then maybe you should go to another project.

Simply, like known as very much places on this forum, LHC@home is particular.
There is work not permanently, this one is put on line according to the needs.
LHC@home, at least until startup of the LHC, is used to simulate various calculations. After the startup, various possibilities are possible.
Thus, it is usual to run other projects, for not remain without work.

If there is work on LHC@home, beautiful; if not, it's necessary to wait PATIENTLY.

I guess, Garfield and LHC together will allow a more permanent work flow.

There has been the idea to run them together on the same server and the last decision I have seen is to implement it like that.

Create Garfield project in LHC@Home JLP, IR 07/02/2006 Done
Port Garfield to Windows JLP, IR 07/02/2006 Starting
