This will be acceptable, thank you for giving this matter some attention.

What you are doing is pretty much the way the automated process works, when a change founder request is made, an email is sent to both parties. If the original founder responds immediately, either yes or no, that action is taken. IF no response comes in 60 days, then an automatic transfer is granted to the new founder. No admin intervention is required and release you for other matters.

Just on a routine check today I noticed that some long overdue changes were made. The US Navy team has a new founder and I'm sure other teams had some changes too.
