Well its been a fabulous week of LHC work! only 70K units left to send out. I guess is they will all be gone within the next 18-24 hours.

Before this run I had 4286 credits, Just reached 7496 plus 291 pending. I have just a few old (really old) notebooks running as file/print servers around the house. Dedicated them 100% to LHC this last week. Was hoping to reach 10,000 units. (personal goal is to get to 10K for each approved project).

Keep on crankin'

Hehe even CPDN?

Yeah it's been fun but we'll get more work soon I would imagine.

I'd think so, especially considering the recently flattering news item, they seem to like BOINC and it's crunchers at CREN ;)

Not as much as they should.

If they REALLY liked us, we would have a steady supply of work ... :)

Well, I still mutter prayers that we will see more applications and more work ...

WCG, to note, just added FightAids@Home application to the Windows version of the BOINC Client (don't have Linux going so don't know if they added it there), so, WCG is now officially multi-project though both projects are Bio stuff (ugh!) ...

Just a hint for the LHC guys ... see, you CAN run multiple applications without damaging either one ... :)

And then the physics nuts, like me, would not be giving time away to the Bio labs to keep busy ...

And for those that want to suggest I just put in a Share for LHC and forget it ... well, that autistic part won't buy that ... I need NEATNESS and KNOWING what my allocations are ... AND THAT THEY ARE NEAT INTEGER NUMBERs ... :)

So you would't go for giving pi as a share to one project and e to another then ;-)

well you aren't doing badly towards that goal:

There is a certain beauty to all those 1's and zeroes in your stats!

LHC will be there in the next batch of work, I'm sure

But Paul if you use BOINC VIEW that will give you the correct alications all the time. If you have 5 active projects at the same resource share it list them as 20% each. When LHC stoppes it will list the others as 25% each, than another runs out and the last three are listed as 33.33% each.

Of course I know that you realize that Paul, but some others don't and may get it after reading this.

Than for the othes if you have 2 or 3 systems running on a network you can control all of them from one with Boinc View, I never tuch the 2nd system here, do it all through this one with BoincView.

Now we need more LHC work to come in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was hopeing to get LHC above Predictor on this round, but came up short. At least more should be comming alone before to long.
