huh, looks like they kept my accout! though no work currently. If you signed up with them b4, you may need to use the really long account key (123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvw) as your password. The key is 32 digits long (where digit is 0-9 or a-f) If you registered before and haven't kept your account key, you need to know what email address you used before. Click on login, click on the link for people who forgot their account key, fill in the email address and the key will be sent out again. If you forgot or closed that email account, or if you were not involved before, I am afraid you are stuck onshore - at least till the cap'n decides to press gang some more o' ye landlubbers to the crew There is not going to be much work at all this time round as the new mission is to play with the design of the forums, not the WU. So come abourd for the gossip not the dubloons! Those of us who got in quick managed to scrape some work out of the bilges that had been stuck there since last June. Not only that, but two of my unresolved pending credits from last year have had new results sent out so that I will finally get credit after some 7 months!

Ahoy m'lad just for a limited time you can create a new Pirate account by using invitation code is '!grog4U' on the project account creation page, which is somewhere off the home page. When that stops working, look around on their message boards - as and when new accounts are welcome there will be invitation codes posted. Like most development projects, numbers will always be limited, as there are only so many people it is useful to have on board a test project. grrravie~~ |

If you can't be a Pirate the SETI Bata is open. But long WU's, about 30 to 35 hours with a lot of credit and longer deadlines. Much more science being done than with the regular SETI, which is what we are here for I hope. Ray  Pizza@Home - Rays Place - Rays place Forums |
