Looking at my results the first successful download of a result by any of my boxes was 1701 UTC on 14th, and all of them were crunching by 1900. In my opinion leaving the boxes to do the polling certainly paid off.

By 1858 UTC I'd a credit pending queue... still no actual credit tho - so far none of my returned resuylts has been sent to a third host so it will be a day or so before my stats begin to move

My computer started grabbing results almost immediately after release. I even got a valid result within the first 24 hours. Of course since then only one other has validated the remainder of my WU are waiting to be sent onto other hosts.

Despite all the doom and gloom I hear from various people on the boards, the system works. Imagine that. ;-)

Just glad to be of use to the science. I'll never be the top on stats and not sure I'd want to. It's just too much pressure.

Yes the system works good, only way to have one running.

Don't worry, your credits will catch up to mine in no time, as I have 5 projects running each at a low percent.

I see that you have 3 whare they were only sent to 1 or 2 systems like I do, the rest will get sent out and when you don't expect it you will see your credit jump up.

Well it looks like we have plenty of work to do these days!

Usually when it ran low some of us planned ahead but this time work returned by over 100k real fast.

I never ran out for once.

Now I am tempted to have that dual 4800+ shipped to me so I can test it out (maybe I should ask Paul about that)

It is my birthday this sunday so you all can just ship me as many dual 4800+ machines as you can (funny it will be my 48th birthday too )

Well I better get off this one so it will do nothing but work!

L'shana tova!

New work again, just got 6 new units. Never saw this on the frunt page before:

Up, low on work
40055 workunits in progress
68 concurrent connections

Always said the number of units or out of work when ever I looked before.

Its rare, I forget what the threshold is, but it is something like 100 work units. What is happening is the re-issues are trickling out ... I am forcing my systems to finsih thier queues so that all mine are returned as soon as possible.

I think I am down to less than 10 across all my systems ...

I emptied mine out a couple of hours back. I had about eight that all had been validated, so my crunching them would accomplish little, so I aborted them to get the cycles back on E@.

I suspect that these are ones that got missed in the initial issue and are simply part of the clean-up ...

front page is no new work ...

Again, the "usual" pattern is to have a lot of work, then we run dry, small issues are made until all the corners have been swept and they have all, or enough, of the work to finish the study. Then, if we are lucky we get a new batch ...
