Great, thanks, I can connect to networked computer!
addit: through boinc manager.

Now, can puter #2 get wu's through puter #1?
addit: or i really mean, through Boinc #1.
I don't have firewall on #2 is why.

Thanks

No - every computer must communicate directly with the BOINC servers. It's a security mechanism designed to make cheating more difficult.

Ok, I can attach to the 4 projects.
I show the correct resource percentages.

I can't get work, ex:
11/6/2005 7:00:52 PM||request_reschedule_cpus: project op
11/6/2005 7:00:53 PM|SETI@home|Sending scheduler request to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi
11/6/2005 7:00:53 PM|SETI@home|Requesting 43200 seconds of work, returning 0 results
11/6/2005 7:00:55 PM|SETI@home|Scheduler request to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi failed
11/6/2005 7:00:55 PM|SETI@home|No schedulers responded
11/6/2005 7:01:00 PM|SETI@home|Deferring communication with project for 55 seconds

any thoughts?
- I tried all 4 and all failed.
- einstein said not enough disk space

Meckano,

yes, we do not have all answers for all problems. And yet, one of the complaints is that the Wiki is too large and who wants to read all that ...

Even so, we do try to add to it and correct what people say/prove is wrong, add what they suggest is missing ...

Too Large ???????

We need to teach alt+f to find relevant text on a page! :)

and the lower of the 2 searches on the main page works well enough too.
- I'm not saying it's lacking. There are better, there are Huuuuge websites with none.
