One of mine too (here)
Last contact
2005-10-25 15:04:56 [LHC@home] Scheduler request to http://lhcathome-sched1.cern.ch/scheduler/cgi succeeded

Processor type, OS etc was corrupted, but an update seems to have fixed that.
Just leaves download rate and turnaround time corruped.

If your host is getting corrupted write here what version of the boinc client you are using, and when you connected last. Are all your hosts getting corrupted?

Haven't seen any corruption yet, but the detailed computer-overview is missing one field:
"While BOINC running, % of time host has an Internet connection".

Using Boinc 5.3.1 now. The corrupted host has ID 65456, which used 4.7.2. Last contact was 25 Oct 2005 2:11:20 UTC. After the corruption a new host was registered as ID 68093. I am not able to merge these two hosts.

My other hosts are still ok.

At least 3 of my hosts were corrupted: 1, 2 and 3. The first 2 are here at work so I reset the host venue and forced an update and it fixed it. The 3rd one is at home. I changed host venue but it hasn't done an update yet. Hosts 1 & 2 are running BOINC 4.45 - host #3 is running 4.72.

Two of my computers seem to be currupted. One is http://lhcathome.cern.ch/show_host_detail.php?hostid=22482 and the other is http://lhcathome.cern.ch/show_host_detail.php?hostid=23551

Host 23551, purcomp2 shows a 0 and 1 for the CPU type, a 0 for the number of CPUs and the Operating system as

2540038271.47801
1000000000

This host runs Windows XP Pro SP2 with BOINC 5.2.2

Host 22482, whale.house shows a 0 and 1 for the CPU type, a 0 for the number of CPUs but has the Operating system as

2401860843.51271
1000000000

This host runs Linux (not sure what version) with BOINC v4.19.

Host purcomp2 seems to be woking fine on my computer though - I only have one workunit currently running, but it seesm to be working fine. I can't check host whale.house, as it is on a computer in a friend's house.

CPU type 0.958181

Number of CPUs 0
Operating System 2445228830.93921
1000000000
Memory 0 MB

These all seem like odd values. :-)

Using 5.2.2 now. Was on 4.45 before the site went down for upgrades. This was the only one of my 20 hosts to have a problem.

Both of mine seem to be corrupted on BOINC 5.2.2 but a simple update to the project fixed it.

host 47319, unchanged location-setting, last reported result 25 Oct 2005 13:45:00 UTC, information restored*
host 47322, updated location-setting, not contacted server yet
host 57107, unchanged location-setting, last reported result 25 Oct 2005 13:37:22 UTC, still corrupt
host 57189, updated location-setting, last reported result 25 Oct 2005 14:50:03 UTC, still corrupt**
host 57272, unchanged location-setting, last reported result 25 Oct 2005 14:10:09 UTC, still corrupt
host 64792, updated location-setting, last reported result 25 Oct 2005 14:36:14 UTC, information restored**
* except "Average download rate" and "Average turnaround time"
** location automatically reverted to "---" after contact

I manually updated the loction for a number of my hosts via the host-properties page.
all updates for these hosts are automatic download/upload/report result contacts.
all hosts are currently on BOINC 4.72
I will update as more hosts report in.

after setting the location to "Work" and forcing an update on host 57189 the information was restored, however the location on the host-properties page reverted to "---".
after setting the location to "Work" and forcing an update for the second time, the host-information remained intact and the location did NOT change to "---".
Repeated the same procedure for host 57107, same positive result.

I have changed the location for all my active hosts and am waiting for them to automatically contact the server.

This host hostid=58794 was corrupt. I did an update from the client and it fixed itself, except for the Average download rate, Average turnaround time and location. I could fix the location myself.
Last contact at: 25 Oct 2005 15:12:31 UTC

This host hostid=65945 was corrupt and I've just left it alone for the moment. I drained the work from it when I saw the bogus location data. I'll update it tomorrow in case you want to have a look at it for the moment.

Both running BOINC 4.45.

51496 is corrupted. The client is running 4.72 on WinXP. Not sure when the last connected time is - PC is at home and I'm at work at the moment. It connects usually every day or every other day. I'll update this post (if I can) once I get home.

somehow host 57189 is corrupted again.
between the time of my previous post and this one the following happened:
- the host connected and downloaded new results.
- credit was granted for a previous wu. ( http://lhcathome.cern.ch/workunit.php?wuid=733550 )
hope this narrows down the search.

Five on my account have been affected. It seems to happen after a WU completes.
I did the host venue change & set the affected machines back to home, updated the client, then after the next WU was uploaded the information became corrupt once more. The host venues were as follows (after those updates) (i.e. The computers page on LHC says "Location ---" after this process):

Athlon-O-Terror 10/25/2005 11:18:28 AM|LHC@home|New host venue: 0
CSS-Back: 10/25/2005 11:17:04 AM|LHC@home|New host venue: 20423114752
Effing: 10/25/2005 10:23:43 AM|LHC@home|New host venue: 0
CSS-Accounting2: 10/25/2004 11:10:32 AM|LHC@home|New host venue: 537545

This seems to have stuck like it should have:

CSS-Printer1: 10/25/2005 11:22:41 AM|LHC@home|New host venue: home

After several wash, rinse, repeat cycles the top 4 still end up corrupt after WU upload/download. All clients running 4.45.

It just dawned on me: the 2nd number in the operating system on LHC's site is the same number as the measured "p_fpops" from the client_state.xml file on BOINC Client. It looks like the server is parsing the client_state.xml incorrectly.

(I already miss using HTML...)

host 57189 contacted the server again to upload a finished result and download a new result, the host information is restored to normal again except for
Average download rate: Unknown
Average turnaround time: 0 days

waiting for another result to get credit.

An endless parade of standards to (re-)adhere to. :/ It's especially bad when you consider that originally LHC didn't support BBCode at all... Now, the opposite extreme, making everything unreadable.

another corrupted host: 44537

Last contact at 02:11 UTC for returning one result. The result seems to be allright, only the system information of the host is a little damaged.

But... is it a problem? It seems to me that the data will be fixed with the next connection automatically, like it happend when you made a system update on your host.

A bit more nasty: the quota droped to 0 WU per day.

52807 is corrupted. The client is running 4.45 on WinXP. I have no idea when the client last connected to the server since I can not get to that PC until friday.
